The property was clean. The room was immaculately clean. My room included an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a microwave oven. The staff was very very helpful. The beds were big. The hotel has a particularly good location not far from a tram stop and a lovely cafe. The garden and lovely cafe added to the charm. Being next to a tram station was very convenient.
